Delete your account
In the mobile app, open More → Account & backup and choose Delete account. We ask you to verify your sign-in again before deletion.
Cannot open the app?
Email hello@paddletoday.com from the email address on your account. Ask us to delete your PaddleToday account and synced personal data. We will verify account ownership before processing the request.
Please do not send passwords, sign-in links, or provider security codes. Deletion removes your account, saved routes and notes backed up to it, trips you own, your personal paddle logs and photos, and your memberships in other trips. Copies stored only in a browser are not automatically removed. Trips owned by someone else remain for their organizer and other paddlers. Any restricted recovery copies follow the hosting provider's retention schedule. Existing email or push alerts are managed separately through their existing unsubscribe controls.
