  • Swift narrow-channel current, blind bends, fresh wood after storms, and a shorter reaction window than broad pool-and-drop rivers give you.
  • The final riffle and approach into Flo Cook, especially if low water exposes more bank walking or if the lake-influenced lower water slows the finish.
  • Private property away from the two MDC accesses and confusion around the downstream North Fork / Norfork Lake access family.
