Upper Green: Tailwater to Greensburg
KDFWR describes a 23.5-mile Upper Green trail from Green River Lake Dam to Greensburg and names Tailwater–Roachville as a full-day 12.5-mile float. Its paddling advice uses Green River Lake dam releases: 150–500 cfs for casual floating, with faster water above 500 and local outfitters discouraging floats above 1,000. The separate Pool 6 gauge table gives a Greensburg stage range in feet; dam release and gauge stage are different readings.

Hart County: Lynn Camp to Stovall Park
KDFWR’s Hart County guide names Rio Carrydown–H.H. Wilson (8 miles) and H.H. Wilson–Stovall Park (4 miles). Big Buffalo Crossing also offers a Lynn Camp Creek–Rio shuttle and float past Three Hundred Springs, which can dwindle to a trickle in dry periods. KDFWR’s Munfordville gauge guidance is in cfs; confirm the Lynn Camp access rules and current Stovall ramp conditions.

Mammoth Cave: Dennison Ferry to Brownsville
NPS names three trips: Dennison–Green River Ferry (7.6 miles), Green River Ferry–Houchin (12.4 miles), and Houchin–Brownsville (3.6 miles). The last reaches Class II rapids at the former Lock and Dam 6 site and leaves the park boundary, where banks are private. NPS recommends 9–15 ft for beginners and 9–18 ft for intermediate paddlers; park river use is prohibited at or above 20 ft.
