Launch at the new Trinity View Park kayak launch and finish at Trammell Crow Park for the short Irving-to-Dallas Elm Fork connector. Use USGS 08055500 with TRPA's 100 cfs floor, then make a same-day call on runoff, wood, access status, private-bank discipline, and the current National Water Trail dam map.

Trinity View Park kayak launchTRPA's Trinity View Park map link resolves to an access-anchor coordinate for the new Irving launch. Follow the actual park ramp, posted signs, gate, parking, and bank conditions on arrival rather than projecting a mid-channel water-entry point.

Trammell Crow Park / Sylvan Boat RampTrinity Coalition says the completed Trinity View launch sits at the southeast edge of the park near parking. If that launch is posted closed, blocked, or unsafe, skip the route rather than substituting a levee road or private bank.
Road shuttle
Stage Trammell Crow Park / Sylvan Boat Ramp first during Dallas park hours, then drive to Trinity View Park in Irving. This route uses the new Trinity View launch as the upstream access and should not be treated as the older 24.75-mile River Legacy-to-Trammell Crow long-day card.

- Trammell Crow Park / Sylvan Boat Ramp is the downstream public take-out used by existing Trinity River National Water Trail routes and Dallas Parks lists the park as having a boat ramp and parking.
- USGS Water Services JSON returned a temporary 503 during implementation, while the same USGS site returned current legacy RDB data. Recheck the live gauge before launch instead of relying on stale values.
- Trinity Coalition says access sites, dams, infrastructure, and river conditions change. Review the current launch-site and dam-hazard map before launching.

- TRPA says dangerous log jams can develop on the Elm Fork after flooding; inspect current conditions and be ready to cancel when the corridor has fresh wood or rising water.
