Confirm current public entry, parking, seasonal roads, and the fish-trap/weir operating boundary before launching. Use about 400 cfs as the conservative lower planning floor and 800-1,000 cfs as the preferred local band on USGS 13339500. Current wood, gauge behavior, weather, and the local staff-gauge/rapid character override any numeric cue.
