11th Road has a bridge take-out and nearby public fishing parking, but check shoulder space, mud, vegetation, and other users before leaving a vehicle.

Road shuttle

Stage 11th Road first, using the nearby public fishing parking noted by WRT, then drive back to Cumberland Road. Prefer launching immediately above the Cumberland Road culvert rather than from the snaggy upstream parking-lot approach.
