Launch at Yellow Bridge Landing, scout the Yellow Bridge Falls short-run, then continue past Pike River Road access points to Grogan Road Landing at the Menominee River confluence. This is the advanced lower-Pike companion to the longer Amberg-to-Yellow-Bridge route.

Yellow Bridge LandingYellow Bridge Landing is on river left above Barker Road and just above the falls sequence. It is a hand-carry access reached by a footpath from a small parking area.
Take-out
Grogan Road LandingPike River Road Landing sits just below the final Yellow Bridge Rapids drop and can be hard to spot in heavy underbrush. Use it as a bailout only if you identify it during scouting or from the road first.
Road shuttle
Use a short but remote Pike River Road and Grogan Road shuttle from Yellow Bridge Landing to the Menominee confluence. Download maps before leaving Amberg and do not count on cell coverage at the accesses.

- Grogan Road Landing is a developed ramp on river right at the Menominee River confluence. Confirm the exit before continuing into the border-river current.

- Use the Amberg gauge conservatively for this downstream subreach. Below 3.5 ft the falls can be bony and dangerous; above 4.6 ft waves may overpower intermediate paddlers; above 5.0 ft paddling is not recommended.
- Rain and snowmelt can change Pike River levels quickly. Recheck the gauge immediately before launch, scout the falls from shore, and account for strainers and deadfall becoming more consequential at higher water.
