Launch at Cane Bluff and take out at Turner Mill South for a longer Eleven Point day that starts on the smaller upper river and finishes on the more dependable Greer Spring-supported flow. Use the Bardley gauge as a conservative low-water check, then make a same-day visual call at the launch.

Take-out
Turner Mill South River AccessThe Bardley gauge is downstream of the upper half, so Cane Bluff-to-Greer can still feel shallower and slower than the gauge alone suggests even when the Turner half improves below Greer Spring.
Road shuttle
Use a two-car or local outfitter shuttle between Cane Bluff and Turner Mill South. Both accesses use rural Forest Service roads, so inspect the Turner side before committing and confirm you are staging at the river-right South landing rather than the separate North day-use area.

- The Eleven Point corridor includes private lands under scenic easement. Do not assume banks away from public accesses, designated float camps, or legal gravel-bar stops are public.
More route and safety guidance
- Greer Spring boosts the lower half, but this longer route still includes blind bends, fresh wood risk after rain, Mary Decker Shoal, and limited easy exits between public accesses.
- Use only the named Forest Service accesses. Turner Mill North and Turner Mill South are separate landings, and private banks between them are not substitutes for a planned take-out.
