Launch at Thomasville and take out at Turner Mill South for a very long upper-to-mid Eleven Point continuation. Use the Bardley gauge only as a conservative same-river estimate and build real margin for the smaller upper-river start before Greer Spring improves the flow.

Thomasville River AccessThe current Forest Service Thomasville page says the upper miles are usually best from March through June and can require walking or portages in drought season.
Take-out
Turner Mill South River AccessThe Bardley gauge is downstream of the upper half, so the Thomasville-to-Greer portion can still feel shallower and slower than the gauge alone suggests.
Road shuttle
Use a two-car or local outfitter shuttle between Thomasville and Turner Mill South. Inspect the Turner finish before launching and confirm you are staging at the river-right South landing rather than the separate North day-use area.
